T-Push From Face Off Dot Back To Post – Post To Post Into RVH – Recover To Post Side Standing – T-Push Out To Center Dot – Shot – Freeze Or Follow Rebounds

BASELINE PERFORMANCE FOCUS
Executed at ‘Slow Flow Tempo’ (50% to 60% Speed) with a focus on mindfully executing the skill keys when dynamically transitioning thru each technical movement into position

MECHANICS –
1) Standing Power Stance Position With Correct Alignment
2) Post Side Standing Into Efficient Post To Post Checking Windows
3) Controlled Slide Into Solid RVH Load Coil Leg To Support Upper Body At Slide Initiation
POSITIONING –
1) Stop Center & Square on Puck In Shooting Lane
2) Freeze Or Follow Rebounds and Recover To Position

Butterfly At Center Dot – Power Slide To Face Off Dot – Single Leg Recovery to T-Push From Face Off Dot Back To Post – Post To Post Into RVH -RVH Cross Crease Exit To Face Off Dot – Shuffle To Centre – Shot- Freeze Or Follow Rebounds

BASELINE PERFORMANCE FOCUS
Executed at ‘Threshold Edge Tempo’ (80% Speed) that pushes explosive acceleration and transitional agility while maintaining functional efficiency when transitioning thru the movement patterns

MECHANICS –
1) Standing Power Stance Position With Correct Alignment
2) Load Power Leg With Correct Foot Placement
3) Load Coil Leg To Support Upper Body At Slide Initiation
4) Controlled Diagonal Drop Into Flared Leg Slide Into RVH
5) Set Push Leg Into A Supported Foot Placement Under Hips
6) Pressure Down Into Edges To Control Shuffles
POSITIONING –
1) Enter Center & Square on Puck In Shooting Lane
2) Freeze Or Follow Rebounds and Recover To Position
REACTION –
1) Patience On Reading Puck Releases
